Initially, we constructed the "Big Table version 1" table to record the paper name, abstract, scope, and categories/classification for the paper. This table contains 181 papers that utilised our self-defined keywords in section 3 across Jan 2015 to Feb 2023. Then we utilised in-scope selection to elicit the paper in the scope based on each paper's abstract. After this step, we acquired 147 papers in the scope. All these two steps were done from Jan 2023 to March 2023.
To fill the up-to-date papers, we extended the period and added more published venues that did not consider and used in the previous version to enhance variety. We acquired 57 papers from Jan 2015 to April 2023 in this step. In this extended table, there existed 57 papers that didn't overlap the paper in the previous table.
Sequentially, we performed in-scope selection to find the papers in the scope followed by combing with the original 148 paper table in the above diagram. The combined table "Big Table version 2" contains more information than the initial "Big table version 1," such as site source and query term for each paper. Lastly, we again used in-scope selection to acquire the final table used in sections 4 and 5.
Overall, in the above diagram, we used a dashed line to separate the initial and updated versions. For anyone who plans to reproduce our process, extend the period, and add more published venues, it is suggested that using the left one before the dashed line is the first step, followed by employing the updated process as the second step. Repeat this process until the time period as the followers are satisfied.
